I just went to the Lt. Gov. website and on the calendar of briefings they list one on March 17th from 6:30-8:30pm which covers all four topics. I'm thinking this is the one for me. :)

I started this group with another mom in order to get parents together for support and to share resources in parenting gifted children. We are now called Delaware Talented and Gifted (DE TAG) and are a state affiliate of the NAGC. We have a facebook group page which you can join by invitation.
